New Ways of Working
A whole programme of work has been underway in England to develop new ways of working in mental health. The implications for education and training are clear. The New Ways of Working website provides links to a range of key documents relating to this area of activity.
A range of useful materials are also available on the CCAWI website (see publications list) - including the Ten Essential Shared Capabilities for the Whole of the Mental Health Workforce and associated training materials.
The Journal of Mental Health Training, Education and Practice is a useful source of articles on new initiatives. Subscribe here.
